Online self-exclusion options
If you’re having problems managing your gambling, you can self-exclude from your online betting service. Alternatively, you can control your spending by setting deposit and transaction limits on your account.

How does it work?
If you’re excluding yourself from an online betting service you won’t be able to place bets through your account. You will be able to withdraw any remaining balance but you won’t be able to re-open the account. The provider will do all it can to close any new accounts you open.
You can exclude yourself permanently or, if you just want to take a break, you can deactivate your account for a short period of time. You can choose whether it’s for days, weeks or months.
Other ways to control your spending
Setting deposit and betting limits can help you control your spending. Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum deposit amount. Most services will allow you to set a limit on the amount of money you can deposit and the minimum time between deposits. For example, you might choose a maximum deposit of $10 a day or $150 a month, depending on your circumstances.
Some betting services also have an option that will allow you to set a maximum bet amount. If you exceed this limit you will receive a message to let you know that you have gone over your limit.
