Complaints Handling Procedure

We are committed to providing accurate information about responsible gambling.

You can use our online feedback form to make a complaint- the widget is on the right side of this page. This is easy to use – you can provide details of your complaint . Submit a complaint and it will be sent to the right team for action.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days.

Our approach to complaints handling is contained in the NSW Department of Industry's Service Related Complaints Policy and Service Related Complaints Procedure.
